The Michigan State University Spartans will be kicking off against the Stanford Cardinal in the Rose Bowl on January 1. My Sunday, December 29 News-Herald editorial cartoon celebrated the trip to Pasadena, where I anticipate that the nation's number-one defense, and an inspired offense will prove that roses are green in 2014. Go Green! Go White!
