CARTOON of the DAY: Cruisin' Afterglow

*sigh* I was out of town (on business) for this year's annual Cruisin' Downriver; but I inked this pre-Cruise comment before I left for last Wednesday's edition of The News-Herald. I'm sure that today, there's plenty of Cruisin' afterglow Downriver.
