Back to school brings on the blues for everyone involved, I think. Kids, of course, miss the freedom of summer vacation and the clock-free lives they lead for nearly three months. But the old cliche of parents being happy to see kids return to school so that their lives return to "normal" is a relic of the 1950s and 60s. "Normal" life for parents now not only involves getting kids to and from school, but to and from sports practices, dance lessons, Scout meetings and play dates as well!
That's the Point!
