CARTOONS of the DAY: Two solemn tributes and something just for fun

There are heroes living and working among us who too often go unrecognized. The police officers and firefighters who dedicate their lives to protecting ours deserve our thanks every day, and when tragedy strikes and one of them falls, it's our responsibility to honor their memories - and to let their families know how much we appreciate all the sacrifices they made. Sadly, this week, we had two of these heroes to memorialize.
