Off the Drawing Board: This week's final cartoon was very much like the initial thumbnail idea-starter rough (number 1) with only a few dialogue edits and art refinements. Rough number 2 offered a different take on how the ACA affects Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, with a focus on its clients.
