How often have you heard the phrase "What are YOU smoking?!" in response to some ridiculous statement? Well, that same phrase can be applied to the current social debate over marijuana - are you smoking "medical marijuana" or simply "smoking dope"? Nobody - not the courts, not the legislature, and certainly not law enforcement - really seems to know for sure.
