CARTOON of the DAY: Do You Recall ...?

I've been doing editorial cartoons for The News-Herald for more than 25 years, and for Downriver publication for more than 28 years, and throughout those years, I've had many, many opportunities to cartoon about various recall efforts in the city of Taylor. Really, it's almost a seasonal topic like snow storms or potholes. But it never gets old.
